In October, I picked Sayama tea leaves here in Saitama, Japan.
These fresh leaves can be handcrafted at home into your very own green tea.
After tea picking, we enjoyed country life
Digging sweet potatoes, harvesting green onions,
and picking persimmons.
We ended the day tasting fresh tea leaves with sweets.
This experience inspired me to share Japanese green tea culture with people around the world.
